Modules
The following modules are accessible on the scanner: Receiving, Inventory, Production, Dispatching, Printing, Shop Floor and Users. In total, more than 15 functions across all modules.
Cost
Prices are upfront and easy to understand. Everything is based on the size of the business that needs the system. There are 4 different pricing models to choose from. Only pay based on what the business needs.
Users
See what the warehouse users are doing, live, straight in SAP. Link the users posting the documents to the data in SAP.
Machine Learning
Machine Learning integrated into the software, making it faster as it is being used. The system pre-loads the most used functions to increase operation speed.
Print own labels and documents and own designs on any printer straight from the scanner. Something gone missing? No worries, one can always reprint.

Analysis
Analyse the flow of data and see where the system is most used and by whom. Top 20 most used items per module (purchasing, inventory, production and deliveries).
Secure
The system is built with security in mind, the settings are stored encrypted and the access is PIN-based for all server calls. Also, all device activity is logged in the database between a login and logout.
Purchasing
Purchasing is done through linked documents. A Goods Receipt PO is created from the handheld devices straight in SAP. No more worries regarding if or when something was delivered and what user received the products.
Production
Issue and Receive from Production based on Released Production Orders. All documents are linked together and the base closed when everything is completed as expected. Automatically.
Delivery
Picking and Packing based on SAP Pick Lists? Not a problem. Just release the Pick List in the warehouse and everything is automatically available on the scanning devices.
Inventory
Eight functions are provided just for inventory management. It is by far the largest set of functions available in the solution so that stock movements are accurately captured.

Support for new operating systems is constantly researched and added. The current scanner OS requirements are: Windows Mobile 6.x or Windows CE 5.x
- Can I use it with bin-managed warehouses as well as un-managed warehouses?
- Yes, the system automatically adapts it’s screens to accommodate your setup.
- Can I use un-managed items, managed by serial and managed by batch?
Yes, as this is standard SAP behavior, the warehouse management system automatically takes your setup as a given and operates according to the SAP setup. - How long does it take to synchronize the scanner transactions?
Zero, the system operates on a live SAP connection, feedback is immediate & transactions are posted directly.
- Do we get training?
Yes, after system is setup and at any time there are questions. - Is there any charge for upgrading the WMS or SAP?
None. - Can I see the system without installing it?
Yes, we have regular WebEx sessions (1 hour) in which the system is presented and participants can ask questions. - Can I print/reprint labels?
Yes, labels can be printed straight to your printer(s) of choice. Can print: raw material labels, missing labels, production labels, address labels, Goods Receipt POs, Delivery Notes and Packing Slips
- Access
We would first request access to a deploy location of choice (server) and verify the provided details. No changes are done during this initial step. All provided credentials are exclusively and safely stored in Sharepoint, both parties having access over the same data. - Deploy
On a pre-agreed date and time we would then connect to the tested location and install/configure/license the system for testing against a SAP Test Company of choice. - Test for 60 days
In case you don’t have a scanner we can lend one for your tests, for 60 days. You can then freely explore the system and evaluate the feasibility for your business. At then end of the testing period, one can choose to keep it and activate it against production or uninstall. - Use
When deciding to use the system, we would invoice and license XRAY for a calendar year with a product key for your business.

The system is constantly evolving based on internal milestones for new functionality and also customer feedback. All clients are running the same version of the product at all times. This also includes free stand-by support when upgrading SAP Business One. - Feedback
